Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of your last item to request a return.

You can request a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, and in its original packaging if applicable. 
  • Your item must not be from the "Exceptions" category below.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 
Please do not send items back to us without a return request, or we won't be able to process them.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you receive it, and contact us immediately if 

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item 

Photos are recommended to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as original paintings, custom products, commissions, special orders, or personalised items.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, seconds (also known as "Woopsies"), mystery bags or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to start a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide your order number as proof of purchase.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order up until it has been fulfilled.
To cancel, log in to your account here and follow the prompts.
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned for a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you chose store credit, it'll appear in your Little Mush'm account within 24 hours.
