Shipping policy

When checking out you'll see that Little Mush'm offers two main shipping options.
  • tracked deliveries with Sendle (recommended)
  • untracked letters with Australia Post (low-budget option)

Sendle (recommended)
Sendle ships both domestically & internationally with tracking. 
Little Mush'm recommends selecting Sendle to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Australia Post (untracked)
Australia Post letter services can be used domestically and internationally to shave a few dollarydoos off your shipping if: 
  • you don't mind it not being tracked or registered
  • you are ok with it taking longer to arrive
  • you understand there is a risk involved if lost
  • (if outside Australia) you only ordered flat items, like die-cut stickers and sticker sheets

PLEASE NOTE: Opting for untracked letters is at the customer's own risk.

Australia Post declares:
"No compensation for loss or damage as Australia Post has no liability pursuant to section 34 of the Australian Postal Corporation Act 1989."

Little Mush'm cannot be held responsible for untracked postage, and strongly advises choosing the Sendle option if available in your location.

PO Boxes
Sendle is unable to ship to PO Boxes. More info here.   

If you have a PO Box, and you sneak it into the address form, Little Mush'm will organise tracked registered post for you so that you still receive your item.
Any differences in postage costs will be invoiced to you.

Shipping Locations
Worldwide shipping is available, however, read here for information on countries we cannot ship to for reasons outside of Little Mush'm's control.

International Customs Fees
International shipping may incur customs fees or VAT charges depending on the destination country's regulations. The import fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.

While Little Mush'm will do everything in our power to ensure compliance with customs, customers understand that they are responsible for import fees (if any) when making their purchases.

UK VAT
Little Mush'm is working tirelessly to set up UK VAT systems, but until the application process is finalised, please be advised as above.

EUROPEAN VAT
We now collect VAT for European countries, meaning you should NOT have to pay VAT on imports. If your parcel gets held, please contact hello@littlemushm.com and we will provide you with a detailed invoice and proof your VAT was already paid.


Recyclable & Sustainable Packaging
Please help our planet by ensuring you reuse & recycle your packaging!
  • our cellophane bags, shipping labels, and clear packaging tape are biodegradable and home-compostable
  • Sendle satchels and Hero mailers are also biodegradable and home-compostable
  • rigid mailers, hex-wrap padding, and boxes are recyclable, biodegradable, home-compostable, and can be shredded to make worm-farm bedding!

The "Little Mush'm" logo sticker is removable and reusable. Please peel it off before disposing of packaging.
